Early in his career, he led a successful turnaround as CEO of Confiserie Heilemann, a typical German Mittelstand company, before co-founding and scaling LionsHome, a European digital platform he later sold to private equity, and subsequently serving as Group CEO of a buy-and-build backed by the same investor. His background combines hands-on SME leadership with M&A and private equity expertise.
