A structured, cohort-based initiative, Ascend supports Disabled professionals, including those who are Neurodivergent, d/Deaf, or Chronically Ill, to build in-demand skills, navigate benefits systems, translate lived experience into workplace strengths, and move into meaningful, sustainable careers. With a 75% placement rate and a 123:1 Social ROI, Ascend delivers a pre-qualified talent pipeline directly to hiring partners. Our work spans workforce development, employer training, and AI-powered benefits navigation through Safe-to-Earn, our tool helping Disabled professionals access the financial support they're entitled to without losing it. Disabled professionals are an underutilised, high-potential workforce held back by systemic barriers, and we exist to change that.
