Our current services include: Manual J (Heat load calculations of a Residential House)( Block Loads & Room by room loads) – Performed using Wrightsoft Manual D (Duct sizing calculations)- Performed using Wrightsoft Manual N (Heat Load Calculations of Commercial & Industrial Structures) – performed using Wrightsoft Refrigeration Heat loads – (Heat Load calculations for Walk-IN freezers & Coolers) Performed using an excel spreadsheet using principles by the HeatCraft Engineering Manual Manual S (Ensures proper equipment selection on a Residential House) – performed using Wrightsoft Duct Layout (schematic design which shows duct sizes & grille sizes allocated to specific rooms) – Using both wrightsoft & AutoCAD. Rescheck (Energy consumption calculations approved by the DOE to ensure a proper level of energy efficiency in a House) Energy Gauge (Florida Only) (same description as Rescheck but per Florida Energy codes) Summit (Florida Only) (Energy consumption calculations approved by the Florida building code to ensure a proper level of energy efficiency in a commercial structure.) Residential Estimating (using Excel – breakdown of materials, projected labor, along with recommendations of where to get pricing on specified materials, Includes estimated profit and mark up ratios) Commercial Estimating (using Excel – breakdown of materials, projected labor, along with recommendations of where to get pricing on specified materials, Includes estimated profit and mark up ratios) Blower Door /Duct Blaster- Only in Florida at this time.
