Moreton-Deakin Associates are a family run RIBA chartered practice established in Hebden Bridge for over 40 years. They are highly regarded in the Calder Valley due to their honesty and professionalism but also their personal approach towards their clients. The two Directors Dennis and Sam are "not only designers but have commercial acumen and the ability to make a scheme work financially, whether that a small extension or a large health care scheme." Health Care: PFI Health Centres, MDA architects were the lead architects in the countries first PFI health centre, which then led to subsequent medical centre PFI schemes from the initial feasibility study to completion. Also heavily involved in the design and build of care home facilities.
