Mental Health Matters is a national mental health charity with over 40 years' experience delivering high-quality mental health support across England. Every month, we support around 15,000 people, from Northumberland to Devon, helping them to manage their mental health, work towards recovery, and move forward with their lives. Our services include talking therapies, crisis support, and a mental health helpline, as well as tailored support for autistic people and those with ADHD. We also provide specialist employment support to help people stay in or return to work, and dedicated mental health services for veterans.
