Mirsee Robotics builds humanoid robots to solve manufacturing's labour crisis. We've been developing humanoids since 2016 and have completed three humanoid generations. We design and build from the ground up, here in Cambridge, Ontario. Q: Is humanoid adoption about labour shortage, throughput, quality, safety, flexibility, or all of the above? How will we measure humanoid-deployment success? A: The primary driver is labour shortage, specifically the roles with 80–100% annual turnover that companies can't consistently staff. When a role is reliably filled, throughput and safety improves as a result. The KPIs that matter most are turnover reduction in targeted roles, injury rate in those cells, output consistency across shifts, and onboarding cost savings.
