But it does not have to be like this. Author and historian Sir Anthony Seldon, and entrepreneur Dr. Robert D. Kilgour, founded MoPM in 2023, launching a new website and 185-page report (compiled by historical researcher Jonathan Meakin) that considered similar institutions abroad and examined the merits of establishing a MoPM in Britain. โThere is no part of Britain, and not many parts of the world, untouched by the decisions of the prime minister.
