About myCaroline
MyCaroline is a pioneering wellbeing and wellness platform designed to support Black women and women of Black heritage, particularly those aged forty-five and over, who are navigating the lifelong impact of weathering. Founded in honour of Caroline, the late mother of Dr Diahanne Rhiney, the platform was created to address the cumulative stress, emotional labour, and cultural expectations that shape the lives of Black women. Weathering, the long-term effect of chronic stress caused by racism, gender bias, inequality, and constant caregiving demands, has a profound impact on physical and emotional health. MyCaroline exists as a direct response to this reality, offering a sanctuary where Black women can replenish, restore, and rise. Through a holistic ecosystem, MyCaroline provides: • A global membership community and mobile app built on sisterhood • Retreats, masterclasses, and expert-led wellness experiences tailored to the needs of midlife Black women • Guidance across menopause, empty nesting, dating, career transitions, caregiving, healthy eating, emotional resilience, and mental well-being • Safe spaces to explore the effects of weathering, set boundaries, reconnect with self, and cultivate sustainable wellbeing • Resources and tools created with deep cultural understanding and relevance More than a platform, MyCaroline is a movement of healing, empowerment, and reclamation.
