About National Cybersecurity Competence Center - Luxembourg (NC3)
The Luxembourg National Cybersecurity Competence Centre (NC3), hosted by the Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity (LHC), aims at supporting the Luxembourg ecosystem in building cybersecurity competence and capacity, in a way that contributes to developing the cybersecurity industrial base in Luxembourg, and strengthens the strategic autonomy of the European Union. At national level, the NC3 aims to strengthen the cyber resilience of companies, institutions, and stakeholders across Luxembourg. The NC3 supports the national ecosystem in developing cybersecurity skills and capabilities, helps organisations identify and address competence gaps, and assists in assessing and prioritising their cybersecurity needs. At European level, the NC3 has been designated to act as the National Coordination Centre in Luxembourg (NCC-LU) within the Network of National Coordination Centres (NCC Network), established by EU Regulation 2021/887, establishing the European Cybersecurity Competence Center (ECCC) located in Bucharest. Acting as the main contact point for the ECCC, the NCC Network, and national stakeholders, the NCC-LU aims at fostering both Luxembourgish and European cybersecurity ecosystems.
