As a social enterprise corporation, Neurodiversity Resource Group (NdR) aims to change stigma and perceptions while promoting inclusion through employer-specific training to enhance company culture and compliance with regulatory standards. We strive to bring neurodiversity to every organization through training, education and community awareness. NdR is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to neurodiversity and helping job candidates enter and thrive in this competitive job market. A neurodiverse employee simply encompasses those who may think or process information differently. Many individuals who have Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and Dyscalculia commonly refer to themselves as Neurodivergent. Regardless of which market your company does business in, it is important to understand the legal implications that can come when working with a person who has an "invisible disability." Having an HR department who understands the ADA just is not enough in today's market.
