I've spent 20+ years helping people untangle complexity and see what they're too close to see on their own: first as a stage manager, then as a startup executive, and now as an executive coach. Over the last 6 years I've coached founders and leaders through promotions, leadership transitions, high-stakes decisions, career pivots, and burnout recovery. One client spent years being passed over for the executive role she'd earned, in environments that had slowly distorted her sense of what she was worth. We spent our time together dismantling that — the self-doubt, the inherited story about her ceiling — and rebuilding her leadership identity on her own terms. She was hired into an executive leadership role shortly after. Our work helped her show up differently, advocate for herself, and lead with the identity she chose.
