About National Society of Black Engineers New York City Professionals (NSBE-NYC)
Welcome to the National Society of Black Engineers NYC Professionals Chapter. NSBE-NYC programs are centered on supporting the development of technical professionals in the Greater New York City area, positively impacting our community through service, and strengthening the STEM pipeline. We support members in their professional success through technical skills training, professional development workshops, emerging technology exposure, and networking. We also encourage members to pursue advanced degrees and in-demand certifications, as well as use their skills to better our community through direct outreach, mentoring, and entrepreneurship. Members receive access to dynamic programs and events touching on every part of the NSBE Mission. The positive energy created through participation in these activities continue to strengthen the NSBE bond many of us first experienced during our undergraduate studies. We challenge each of you to join a committee and actively participate in your organization so you may experience the full passion and value of NSBE-NYC membership. We hope you experience a sense of fulfillment through your membership and look forward to working with you as we embark on this fun-filled journey toward exploring our chapter’s past, crafting our present, and laying the foundation for our future success.
