OASW(IBP) works with domestic and international partners to forge and sustain a robust, secure, and resilient industrial base enabling the warfighter, now and in the future. About Industrial Base Policy The Global Investment and Economic Security directorate protects DoW from adversarial foreign investment risks and economic statecraft at home and abroad by delivering national security risk analyses and mitigation proposals. It leads DoW engagement on CFIUS, reviews defense mergers and acquisitions, and publishes the annual 1260H list. The Industrial Base Resilience directorate works to create a resilient industrial base that enhances our national security. It manages the Defense Production Act and Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment programs, IBP's Industry Analysis team, and the industrial base policy and analysis team. The Office of Industrial Base Growth works to increase business and industry participation in acquisitions with solutions vital to national security priorities. Among other initiatives, they manage 90 APEX Accelerators, and the DoW's industry Mentor-Protege program.
