About Our Generation Speaks (OGS)
Our Generation Speaks (OGS) is a "people accelerator" dedicated to building the human infrastructure of hope and trust among Palestinians and Israelis. We bring together emerging Israeli and Palestinian leaders who possess the "entrepreneurial spirit"—resilience, resourcefulness, and a solutions-driven mindset—to work together across lines of conflict. Our goal is to build a shared community of leaders with the trust and skills to demand a peaceful future. Our work is driven by three engines of impact: community building, leadership acceleration, and entrepreneurship incubation. Through our fellowship programs, the business and social ventures we support, and the community of alumni we build, we bring this vision to life. As part of our fully-funded fellowship hosted at Brandeis University in partnership with MIT DesignX and MassChallenge, fellows receive world-class training to launch high-impact ventures and develop core leadership skills. Graduates join a lifelong alumni network of leaders who continue to collaborate on economic and social initiatives. Since 2016, our alumni have launched dozens of ventures and raised nearly $50 million, proving that cooperation can generate tangible impact even in the midst of conflict.
