Founded in 2018 by award-winning filmmakers Alison Duke and Ngardy Conteh George (OYA Media Group), OBAC transforms employment, creative, and entrepreneurial outcomes for Black professionals—from early career to emerging—through access to training, mentorship, industry connections, and creative development support.
