Pace Robotics® (Constrobot Robotics Pvt Ltd) is a construction robotics startup incubated by SINE-IIT Bombay and backed by Pidilite Ventures and IIM A Ventures. We are making Building Construction Faster, Smarter and more Efficient through multi tasking Robots for building finishes. We are also backed by MARL 5 G Accelerator and Kochi Holdings. The Centa Painter, our first product, is a Modular Wall Finishing Robot that automates Putty, Sanding and Painting tasks in building interiors. The robot does these tasks at 10x faster speeds, 3x lower costs and with 80% lesser manpower while ensuring uniform quality and greatly reducing safety hazards during the wall finishing process. At Pace Robotics®, we see Robots as a medium to orchestrate a technology-led transformation in the execution of building construction projects. These intelligent machines can not just autonomously performs assigned tasks but also collects on-site information in real-time, communicate among each other and to the central project management systems to unlock tremendous opportunities in the entire construction value chain.
