At Paleo, we are rewriting the story of meat. First, we hunted. Then, we bred. Now, we brew. We brew the crucial meat ingredient that makes plant-based products look, taste and act more like the real deal. By helping manufacturers in convincing consumers, we accelerate the #ProteinShift.
