Almost 45 years later, what started as an intimate service to Kiawah property owners & discerning visitors has evolved into one of the areas trusted leaders in full service real estate sales – specializing in Kiawah & Seabrook Islands. “I established PHE for the sole purpose of renting villas on the resort island of Kiawah…within 5 years or so, through lasting relationships, I began to sell real estate predominantly on Kiawah Island. From there, business has grown to where we are today.” Pam’s experience & knowledge is unsurpassed in the area thus Pam is currently the #1 selling agent in sales volume for all of the Charleston MLS. “Our buyer representation is unparalleled.
