Established in 1999, Patron Capital Partners has evolved into one of the leading opportunistic real estate managers in Europe. Since its founding, Patron has raised a total of €5.0 billion (including co-invest vehicles and Fund VII first close) from institutional and high net worth investors from Europe, the Middle East and the US.
