About Primarlex
PRIMARLEX is an independent international tax network "ITN" formed by alums attended the prestigious International Tax Center at the University of Leiden and completed the Adv LLM program in international taxation and this gave them a common language and a global perspective in resolving cases that involve multiple jurisdictions. ITN has been founded to assist clients (private and corporate) and Italian/foreign institutions operating worldwide in international taxation. The ITN is the world’s largest network with over 230 tax members spread across 77 countries. Moreover, the members have gained extensive experience in leading law and tax firms, as well as in tax administrations and the tax departments of major multinational groups in their countries. As a result, they possess in-depth knowledge of both local tax law and how it interacts with the tax laws of other jurisdictions. ITN keeps up to date with the rapidly changing global and domestic taxation environment assisting multinational companies and high-net-worth families on the implications of these changes and enabling them to respond appropriately to any developments to help mitigate any adverse consequences. ITN also founded the ITC Alumni Lex that is the no profit association with the aim of promoting through dedicated Focus teams in either the Private, Corporate or Institution area,(i) the development of studies, research, publications and training related to international taxation and transfer pricing among its members, partners, associates and to non-members (ii) professional co-operation and referral of tax projects among its members, partners and associates.
