We are a next generation video production and marketing services agency dedicated to facilitating every stage of the real estate leasing and purchasing processes. Our unique value proposition relates to the creation of professional, immersive digital experiences where buyers/tenants can connect with professional service providers such as mortgage lenders, attorneys, home insurers, and financial advisers to simplify and expedite the leasing/purchase of property. The gap we identified in the market relates to how 85% of businesses presently have in-house staff and resources to produce video content, yet our randomized search of 100 high-end residential properties for sale on Zillow yielded only 7 listings with videos. Of those 7 listings with videos, all consisted of rudimentary walk-through videos often with sequential still images as opposed to a walk-through experience. Even more telling, most of the multi-million dollar properties did not have even these basic videos. According to Bold Content, listings with videos receive 403% more inquiries than those without.
