R2R Melbourne is a privately owned & very well connected recruitment to recruitment agency, focusing purely on recruitment agencies in the heart of Melbourne. Having worked in the rec 2 rec market for over three years now, I decided to establish my own business within R2R and have carefully chosen & selected the particular agencies that I feel are a cut above the rest. Recruitment consultants are always in demand & when you find yourself in the job market looking for a role in recruitment it can be an overwhelming process. Every agency say they have the best database, the best culture & the best commission structure – but remember, you are being sold to by a sales person!! What every recruiter needs is a good, honest & trustworthy R2R. Someone they can meet with and say ‘this is me, these are my strengths and this is what I want, where is the best place for me?’ That is where I come into things.
