DAYS 3 & 4: STRESS-TESTING In this two-day module, your team will learn how our cognitive biases and blind spots cloud our decision making and will gain powerful red teaming tools they can use to overcome them. DAYS 5: EXECUTION, The final day will provide your team with a proven process for executing and implementing game-changing strategies. Based on the system developed by Alan Mulally — the legendary CEO who saved both Boeing and Ford from the brink of bankruptcy — this approach will help your team drive accountability, foster collaboration and achieve their goals.
