ReGeneration is the leading nonprofit early talent hub in Greece. Founded by Global Shapers Athens Hub (an initiative of the World Economic Forum) and powered by The Coca-Cola Company and The Hellenic Initiative, ReGeneration connects young professionals, employers, and institutions to strengthen business readiness and expand access to meaningful employment opportunities. Business Readiness Lab (BRL) A short-format, hybrid program focused on essential professional skills such as communication, goal setting, time management, and feedback, designed to prepare young professionals for their first roles. Employer Services Data-driven insights, talent pipeline access, and recruitment support that help companies attract and develop early-career professionals. Alumni Network A growing community offering career services, networking opportunities, and lifelong professional development.
