Relativity Collective is a highly selective, pan-European founder programme connecting Europe’s most ambitious AI and tech talent at a formative stage of their journey. Europe produces exceptional talent, but early founder networks still form too locally and too late. Relativity Collective is designed to change that by bringing future founders together across borders before paths diverge and reference points for scale are set. Each cohort brings together up to 25 carefully selected entrepreneurial students and doctoral researchers who plan to launch an AI startup within the next 12–18 months. The core experience is a three-day, in-person programme focused on peer connection, potential co-founder formation, and exposure to shared standards of ambition and excellence, followed by a long-term curated community. Relativity Collective is launched by leading university innovation hubs under the RISE Europe alliance, including Aalto Founder School, CDTM, ETH AI Center, KTH, Oxford EnSpire, and TUM, and is endorsed by leading European founders such as Hanno Renner (Personio), Jan Oberhauser (n8n), Johannes Reck (GetYourGuide), Miki Kuusi (Deliveroo), Paulina Grnarova (DeepJudge), Robin Rombach (Black Forest Labs), Thomas Wolf (Hugging Face), Peter Sarlin (Silo AI), and many more. Applications are open to exceptional students from any European university. Application deadline for first cohort: 14 February 2026.
