About Satellives
At Satellives, we develop modular orbital satellite platforms designed to power high-energy missions in space: from in-space manufacturing and orbital data centres to edge AI processing and laser or quantum communications. We replace monolithic satellites with our Tile architecture: fully functional, flat satellites that stack efficiently for launch and unfold in orbit to form scalable power platforms. Each Tile operates as part of a decentralised system. Instead of a single satellite bus, multiple modules connect to create a resilient structure where power, data, and control are distributed across the platform, eliminating the single points of failure common in legacy spacecraft. Individual Tiles can reconfigure their position within the structure, allowing the system to adapt to new mission requirements or route power and data around damaged components. Built with resilience, sustainability, and security in mind, the architecture allows defective modules to be removed and deorbited while the platform continues operating, and integrates post-quantum cybersecurity standards to protect critical systems. We are building the energy infrastructure that enables the industrialisation of space 🚀
