Saudi Preinsulated Pipes Industries – SPPI was established in 1981 and started production in 1983. The manufacturing facility is located in the Riyadh Second Industrial City and is engaged in manufacturing of Preinsulated piping system "Utilizing spray and injection method". It is also involved in manufacturing of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, steel fabrication and Anti-Corrosion (FBE, 3LPE) pipes protection. SPPI provides quality products and services to meet the needs and expectations of its customers. The Technical Services Department utilizes Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and electronic spreadsheets to generate all the necessary fabrication/shop drawings and technical data. SPPI provides its customers with on-site technical assistance and installation supervision. In addition, SPPI has the in-house capability to perform stress analysis on microcomputer using Caesar II software. The analysis will determine the stresses and movement in the piping system. SPPI is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified company through UKAS of United Kingdom, National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) and Saudi Arabia Standard Organization (SASO). Gulf Insulation Group “GIG” is a regional leader in the insulation Business. GIG operates as a manufacturer and supplier of a complete range of insulation materials based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with manufacturing plants located in Riyadh, Dammam and Al Kharj. GIG was established in 2009 as a closed joint stock company.
