Savvyroom is a tech-enabled platform that equips young adults with in-demand digital, and tech skills, and provides access to career opportunities via internships, volunteer experiences, and full-time jobs. Leveraging a global standard e-learning platform and a unique job matching system, we are changing the narrative of Africa’s unemployment crisis, work environment, as well as contributing to its global relevance. In 2018, the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics stated that the total unemployment rate for young people aged 15 to 34, stood at 29.7%, representing more than 13 million young people. Savvyroom seeks to bridge this gap by catalyzing the acquisition of digital and tech skills among young people on the African continent, as well as powering of peak-performing digital teams for organizations across the globe. Savvyroom is built around 3Ts: Talent – Team - Thrive - We provide an ever-evolving digital and tech talent development framework - We onboard them into distributed teams ready to take on impactful and growth-driven projects for emerging and established organizations across the globe. - We support them to thrive in the global economy, developing solutions while building relevance.
