Fully endorsed by the ScaleUp Institute The Hunter Foundation operates three scale up programmes under the Scale up Scotland brand from our Ayrshire HQ Blair Castle & Estate https://blairestate.co.uk Pre-scaler –open to any entrepreneur running a business that has real ambition and drive to go to scale. Participant founders should have achieved some customer traction (typically £100k + in annual revenues). The programme is comprised of five development events over a 7 month period, focusing on fundraising, people planning, leadership, sales and marketing and effective communication all delivered by our established Scale up programme partners. The Hunter Foundation fully funds the programme. Core – aimed at high potential firms headquartered in Scotland with a minimum turnover of £1m+, who can demonstrate strong year on year growth and an ambition to build a global business. We offer a blend of experiential, business, and peer to peer learning, taking entrepreneurs through the critical components of business scale up. The programme is comprised of 10 residential events over an 18 month period. Participants contribute £6k + VAT towards the cost of the programme. Scale up 2.0 – aimed at the founders of companies with current revenues in excess of £10m or a market valuation in excess of £20m, a record of strong year on year growth and the potential and matching ambition to achieve significant revenue growth within the next 5 years. The programme is open to the CEO and Executive Leadership teams of up to 12 businesses, is cohort based and places a strong emphasis on peer-to-peer learning. CEOs participate in quarterly retreats offering a blend of masterclasses, focused dinners and peer to peer collaboration led by Sir Tom Hunter and leading entrepreneurs from the global stage.
