Setur visa services department where visa services are provided for all countries is the only authorized institution in Turkey that can give services for Britain visas. BookinTurkey.com that was established in 2001 as a part of Setur Tourism Agency structure to promote tourism products and services for companies and individuals and provide on-line reservation options for such products and services was given "Turkey's Best Tourism Portal" title in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2007. In 2004 Setur became the Turkish agent of Cruise Line, which is a major international brand and towards the end of 2005 it also became the sole agent in Turkey of one of the most prominent brands in the world, Costa Cruises. In addition, Setur is the authorized agent for BCD Travel, Abercrombie & Kent and Orient Express in Turkey. Following the Super Brand title it gained in 2005, Setur left its significant competitors behind and was chosen as the "Most Successful Tour Operator" in 2005, 2006, and 2007 as a result of the research conducted by the world's leading economics magazine Capital with participation of 1350 managers from various companies. Setur also received "The Best International Tours" award between 2006 and 2009 as a result of the internet voting that the most established and largest tourism association in the world, SKAL INTERNATIONAL organized among its 14,000 members while receiving "The Best Tourism Agency" award in 2008.
