The partnership was set up in 1984. Initially, the practice was based in Battersea, moving to new accommodation in Clapham Old Town in 1988, where it remains today. The practice has mainly been involved in private residential conversions, new builds and developments. Principally working in London the practice has developed a reputation for creating high quality traditional and contemporary buildings and spaces. Projects and commissions out of London have been increasing over recent years. Many of the buildings have been listed buildings. The Practice is therefore experienced in handling the planning and construction processes involved in working with such buildings. The practice has a long and ongoing relationship with a number of developers and provides architectural services to them varying from smaller residential developments to large mixed use new build construction projects. Although successful in achieving valuable planning consents the practice is proud to have built a majority of schemes in its 30 year existence.
