Unauthorised use constitutes a trademark infringement in respect of which penalties may be imposed by a court of law. 3. Unauthorised use includes:- - the use of the words South African National Space Agency and/or the abbreviation SANSA in e-mail addresses, on websites, social media platforms, documentation, marketing material or any other materials; and - the use of the SANSA logo or aspects of the logo on any websites, social media platforms, documentation, marketing material or any other material. 4.
