About ALTRAD SPAR STEEL
We take this opportunity to introduce SPAR Steel Industries LLC, within a very short time we have gained substantial market share and is recognized as one of the leading manufacturers of ERW Steel Pipes and Hollow Sections manufactured in conformation to BS EN 10219 which supersedes BS 1387:1985 Our production facility, with a manufacturing capacity of 50,000 tons per annum, is strategically located at Al Ghail Industrial Park, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The Plant is equipped with top notch Pipe and Hollow Section producing Rolling Mills, Cold Forming Machines for Platform Units, High Speed and Precision HR Coil Slitting Units. We also manufacture various Scaffolding and Form-working components including GI Scaffolding Tubes, Ladder Beams, Cup lock Scaffolding, Scaffolding Metal Boards, Scaffolding Base Jacks, Universal Jacks, Props etc. All our Scaffolding material meets the requirement of British, American and European Standards viz. BS1139, BS EN10219, ANSI 10.8 and OSHA 1926. We also supply all types of Scaffolding and other accessories as per customer design and specifications. We strive to manufacture products of high quality and durability. Quality Control measures are adopted during the entire production process right from selection of premium quality raw material until the testing of final product. We adhere to ISO 9001 Quality management System to manage our entire production process. We manufacture: · Black and GI(PG) Steel Pipes and Tubes from ½” diameter to 2 ½” diameter. · Various Hollow Steel Sections · Scaffolding Metal Planks and Platform Units · Scaffolding Tubes and Couplers · Scaffolding and Industrial Steel ladders · Scaffold Ladder Beams · Scaffolding Staircase · System Scaffolding – Cuplock, Ringlock and H-Frame System. · We also offer HR Steel Coil Slitting and Cutting Services.
