We spent 5 years in consumer wellness using gamification, community and rewards to motivate healthy behaviour. The result - 11m users, Rank #1 on the PlayStore/AppStore, winner of the Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Challenge (and announced by Narendra Modiji on Mann Ki Baat) Now, we are using those learnings to help organisations setup hyper-personalised (but social) wellness eco-systems for their employees. The biggest problem with corporate wellness is adoption and engagement. We solve for that by creating a reward journey that incentivises daily healthy behaviour through gamification. People love rising to a challenge, and our wellness challenges are social, gamified and motivating. Adding rewards to challenges further boosts motivation (by 80%!!).
