Stigma-Free Mental Health Society (SFMHS) is a registered Canadian charity dedicated to reducing mental health stigma through education. Founded in 2010 as the Bipolar Disorder Society of British Columbia, SFMHS expanded its mission in 2016 to address mental health stigma across diverse Canadian communities.
