About Stride Mental Health
We’re 100% dedicated to providing services that improve the lifelong mental health of children, young people and adults – and help people with complex needs live better. Although Stride began 118 years ago simply as a way to help people find a place to live and work, we’re now leaders in early intervention, prevention and treatment of complex mental health conditions.
