We are among the oldest OEMs with a dominant presence in the industry of shot blasting and shot peening in India. The company commenced production of shot blasting and shot peening machines in 1977. Since then, we have supplied more than 6,000 airless (turbine- operated) / pneumatic (air- operated) shot blasting & peening machines. Our manufacturing facilities consist of Two Plants. Plant-1 has a 4375 square meters covered area and is devoted to assembly & testing of equipments. The Plant-2 has a covered area of 6475 square meters is equipped with a state of art sheet metal fabrication line. Mr. K.K. Modi, the Managing Director of this company, has 47 years of rich experience in the manufacturing of shot blasting and peening machines. The sales outlets are located in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, & Dubai. The quality control department is equipped with all the latest instruments. The company has a robust after-sales service facility & network. It has trained and experienced technicians to look after the service calls. A huge inventory of spare parts is maintained so that these are made available in ready stock. SURFEX® products are eco-friendly and provide the optimum economic solutions. SURFEX® has a highly qualified and experienced machine design team using the latest 3-D software for designing machines. The company has a policy of continuous improvement in the quality of the machines and strives for consumerism.
