Dr. Silby is Chairman of SynTao and also founding Chairman of Calvert Funds, a $14 billion investment management group noted for their leadership in the area of social responsible investment (SRI). Dr. Guo started the company after his graduate studies at Tsinghua University. SynTao's employees possess rich experience in sustainability management and corporate transparency.
