S3 Precast S3 Precast, a division of Tanks-A-Lot, was incorporated in 2019 and is proud to offer a full range of precast drainage products including manholes, catch basins and box culverts.All our products are manufactured in our new, 90,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art facility located in Sherwood Park, AB. Tanks-A-Lot Ltd. Tanks-A-Lot Ltd. has provided quality precast concrete tanks, catch basins, fencing and other products in Alberta and British Columbia since 1982. Over the last 36 years we have built strong relationships with area installers and designers, thanks to our unmatched technical expertise and our reliability in providing creative onsite water and wastewater solutions. Tanks-A-Lot Industrial We manufacture custom structures for the protection of utility connections, as well as above-ground shelters that incorporate architectural precast concrete walls for noise attenuation barriers, subdivision boundary fencing, and entrance monuments. Other applications include wastewater treatment for country residential, commercial and municipal sites, as well as construction of cisterns, fire suppression and storm water holding tanks, sewage lift stations and more. TAL Stone Fence TAL Stone Fence is an exclusive licensee in Northern Alberta for Verti-Crete precast privacy fence and sound walls. These masonry-pattern walls combine the strength and durability of precast with the beauty of architectural stone. Verti-Crete applications can include subdivision boundaries, commercial separation (e.g. multi-unit developments and shopping plazas), transportation and transit sound walls, privacy fences, public utility and industrial walls, and trash enclosures. Our masonry-pattern walls, fence posts and sound walls are visually stunning and provide years of service. The Verti-Crete system quickly grabs the attention of owners, developers, designers and contractors because of its beauty, strength and ease of installation.
