About The Collaboration Room
TCR is a place for real conversations, real support, and real connection. Inside the community, you will find accounting firm owners who are generous with what they know, honest about what they are facing, and supportive of others at every stage. It is a place to ask the questions you have been hesitant to ask, get practical advice, and build relationships with people who truly understand the realities of this work. Founders, Rebecca Driscoll, CPA and Mike Sylvester, CPA bring very different skills and perspectives to TCR and both have a passion for helping other professionals! Initially, all of our Coaches will be people who are running firms. This community is not for vendors trying to sell a product. The initial topics that we’ll dive into together were chosen using the input of over 300 people who expressed interest in the community. The topics will change over time based on input from members. In the beginning the major topics will be marketing, scaling, niching, processes & policies, workflow, pricing, software, automation and AI, onboarding, staffing, offshoring, tax, bookkeeping, and work-life balance. We are stronger together and we wish that there was a community like this we could have joined at the beginning of our careers.
