Our members consist of public and private companies in the UK who want to make a difference and support the UK’s ability to compete in increasingly tough global markets. The 5% Club members strive to achieve at least 5% of their workforce on apprenticeships, as sponsored students and/or graduates on formalised training schemes within five years of joining - most easily exceed this ambition. Today our 1300+ Members represent over 2 Million employees, of whom circa 130,000 are engaged in "earn & learn" workplace learning schemes.
