At The Creative Wellbeing Company we know the amazing benefits that creativity can have on our mental health. Founded by Fiona Lock in 2021, The Creative Wellbeing Company Company was created to help teams connect and experience the benefits of creativity. With a background in publishing, Fiona used to design craft kits for one of the UKs leading craft magazines. After becoming a first time mum to the beautiful Dorothy, losing her ‘dream’ job, and faced with a global pandemic, it was crafting that helped Fiona find a moment of calm and deal with negative thoughts. Realising the powerful effect that creativity had on her in such a short space of time, Fiona realised that craft could help so many people, and so The Creative Wellbeing Company was born. At The Creative Wellbeing Company we bring teams together to create messages of positivity, gratitude, values and connection. Our sessions not only allow a time of mindfulness, but connect teams to each other, to their values and to the culture within your business.
