We pay for bright but poor students from developing countries to pursue graduate degrees in world-class universities. We cover the cost of their exams such at the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) and the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). We also pay for the school application fees. These costs make it impossible for indigent students to get admission into the schools of their choice despite being very smart and overcoming daunting odds in their personal lives.
