HOW WE WORK The Pollination Project Foundation provides seed funding ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 through a network of 65 grant advisors and five country coordinators. This participatory grantmaking approach empowers individuals to drive positive change in their communities. Besides financial aid, our Foundation supports grantees with fundraising guidance, capacity-building workshops, mindfulness retreats to prevent burnout, and resources for achieving tangible goals. WORKING WITh US FOR FUNDERS Foundations and donors can engage with us in two ways. First, we accept pass-through funding to channel resources to the most deserving hands on the ground, recognizing the fundamental importance of strengthening leadership on the ground to catalyze change. Our strategic partners nourish the front line leaders through TPP. Second, we serve as a top-of-the-funnel resource for larger funders, ensuring that exceptional changemakers and projects receive the attention they merit. After we collect reports from our most successful grantees, we offer connections to future funding opportunities.
