Notable works include Resorts World Sentosa, Marina Bay Financial Centre, Park Royal Pickering and most recently One Pearl Bank. Tiong Seng Contractors is the construction segment of Tiong Seng Holdings Limited (SGX: BFI), which has been listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange since 2010. The two other core segments of the Group are Property Development, and Engineering Solutions. For property development,Tiong Seng has successfully developed both residential and commercial projects across Asia, focusing mainly on various second and third-tier cities in China, including Tianjin, Suzhou and Yangzhou.
