About your Hosts: Tom Horne's leadership journey began with the structure of West Point and was tested on the D1 wrestling mats at James Madison University, where he earned his Business & Hospitality degree. For the last 20 years, he's applied that discipline to lead teams in hospitality and HR tech. When he's not wrangling his two kids and a new puppy in Colorado, Tom shares his lively, hands-on approach to navigating the world of work. Tom Schin’s journey began in the corporate jungle, where he survived a decade of endless meetings and wild spreadsheets. He then honed his skills in the trenches of HR and talent acquisition, helping leaders build better, more sane workplaces for over twenty years. When he's not busy at CrossFit, attempting to play the ukulele, or just watching the grass grow, Tom shares his battle-tested, no-nonsense wisdom with a laugh-out-loud approach on this show.
