We advocate for the industry to the UK Government, the devolved governments and the European Commission. Currently, our lobbying efforts focus on promoting government policy changes that would allow the use of renewable liquid fuels for domestic and commercial heating. In the UK, approximately 1.7 million households rely on oil for heating. Additionally, it is estimated that at least 250,000 commercial oil boilers are installed in UK premises, including schools, warehouses, and hospitals, particularly in areas not connected to the gas grid.
