Unitread Quick Release – Connect / Disconnect couplings are manufactured by M/s.United Tyrekrafts Pvt Ltd, Pune, India. Unitread developed its first pneumatic coupling in the year 1977, primarily to meet the requirement for inflating tubes of tyres while moulding them. By 1981, Unitread developed double shutoff steam couplings again for tyre mould presses. By 1985, Unitread, had slowly progressed to application based couplings and started developing varieties as per customer requirements for Pnuematics, hydraulics, refrigeration, chemical,and many others. More concentration and volume businesses were obtained from auto workshops, two wheeler/car and truck, car manufacturers for the assembly lines. By the year 2000, Unitread moved out of Pnuematics and started working on Hydraulic couplings and more focus and development activity followed. Unitread, had identified this segment with both domestic and global requirements in mind, with growing importance of Hydraulics in all mobile and industrial segment. In the year 2007, Unitread decided to fully focus its energy on developing and manufacturing all types and varieties of Hydraulic couplings and gear upto the needs of all OEMs and Replacement market, where the both quality, performance with reliability were essential with competitive cost. A new unit was setup in the upcoming industrial area of Pune with fully equipped CNC machines and full product test facility. To this date we have developed successful partnerships with several OEMs in India and overseas. Our excellent quality coupled with competitive pricing and quick deliveries has contributed to increased market share. We have developed large variety of products and also custom made products to suit customer requirements. We have a full fledged engineering design studio to develop new products with latest softwares and dedicated team of young design engineers.
