Founded in 2005, as an affiliate to Wanda Group, Wanda Cinema Line Co., Ltd. takes cinema investment and movie screening as its core business, now ranking the No.1 among the cinema circuits in China. As of December 31, 2015, Wanda Cinema Line has opened 292 cinemas with 2,557 screens in more than 110 large and medium cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Changchun as well as Australia, New Zealand and other countries. On January 22, 2015, Wanda Cinema Line officially landed on the A-share market and was listed on the SME board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first cinema circuit to be listed on A-Share Market. It was also selected as sample stock for the Shanghai and Shenzhen 300, the Shenzhen Component Index, Small and Medium Stock Index, Shenzhen 100 index and other indexes.
