About Washington Forum on India
With Brown, Cornell, Georgetown, and George Washington University chapters, the Washington Forum on India (WFI), is a members-only network of emerging young leaders with a stake in the U.S.-India economic relationship. We are a private organization composed of entrepreneurs and high potential individuals: building lasting relationships between future leaders. WFI aims to be a social-intellectual community, examining the complex policy, statecraft, and foreign policy of India as an emerging power. Our mission is to produce better leaders for the U.S.-India relationship through peer mentorship, community, and a sharp focus on policy issues. India is the largest swing state in the US-China strategic competition. Our mission is to research and understand India's future in the global order. Our goal is to identify young leaders and enhance their pre-professional development through research, advisory, and community building to understand the United States and India strategic and economic relationship.
